2. Age limits
We apply strict age limits according to law. You must be at least 18 years old in order to make a purchase of any of the product on our website. When paying through Klarna Checkout, you verify your age by entering your Social Security number at the checkout. Each order is reviewed manually. If we suspect that orders are being made in the name of another individual and / or by a minor, we reserve the right to refuse purchase to anyone. We may at any time request additional verification from you as a customer to ensure that you are of legal age and / or to counteract our products being sold to underage individuals.
3. Prices and Payments
All of our prices are shown in Swedish Crowns (SEK) and includes both tax and VAT. In the checkout you will see the total cost of your order with shipping and VAT included. The shipping from Joker Juice to end-customers is always 100% free. Payments are available through PayPal. Corporate customers (wholesale registered customers) are offered special invoice payments.

A preliminary order confirmation is sent out with all orders. However, each order must be manually approved by us at Joker Juice before a purchase agreement is made and the order is considered fully confirmed.
All orders are delivered with Postnord. The delivery time in Sweden is between 2-5 days. Deliveries to the rest of the European Union countries may be a few days longer. Our ambition is for all orders to be packed and shipped within 2 days. In case of delays exceeding 5 working days, you should always contact us at Joker Juice. We do not pay compensation for delivery delays.
6.Packages in transit
We want our customers to feel safe with placing their orders with us, therefore we protect the products of your order while they are in transit to you. If a product is damaged or lost on its way to you, we will replace it with a new item. Please notice, this does not include any law enforcement issues associated with your purchase and also does not include parts of, or complete orders being seized by customs.
7. Unrecovered packages
If your package is returned to us as a result of you not redeeming it at your local post-office within the specified timeframe, you will be charged with a shipping and handling fee. This fee currently amounts to 150 Swedish Crowns (SEK) or the equivalent in your local currency.
If you choose to exchange or return a product, you may do so within the first 14 days after receiving your order. Please notice, you are responsible for the package if you choose to return one or multiple products to us. We do not refund any lost or damaged products as a result of reckless handling by you as a customer and/or damage caused by poor packaging when returned to us.
If you feel that your product is faulty you can always make a complaint to us. In order for us to approve a complaint, there must be an actual error on the product. Complaints will be tested individually by us at Joker Juice before any repayments can be processed. If you have any complaints, please contact us immediately via email email@example.com. Enter your order number and describe your case as thoroughly as you can.
10.Cancellation of purchase
You as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the product and for no special reason, provided that the product and product packaging are in unchanged condition, e.g unused and not damaged or altered. If you choose to invoke the right of purchase cancellation within 14 days, you will have to pay the return shipping costs.
11. Integrity and Privacy
By placing an order, you agree to us storing and using your information to fulfill our agreement with you. Joker Juice never discloses information about customers to any third parties (other companies or individuals). You have the legal right through GDPR to access the information we have registered about you, if this information is incomplete or incorrect, you may request that we delete or correct this information. 12. Changes in these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time without any delay. The changes are always published on the website. The changed terms are considered accepted by you as a customer when they are published on the website and in connection with you placing an order and/or visiting
Our goal is to always make you as a customer feel satisfied in every situation. Should we end up in a dispute, we at Joker Juice will follow the recommendations of The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
15. Produtc Images
Our product images are digitally produced and are therefore not 100% accurate reflections of our physical products. We have chosen to use digital images to give our customers a more enjoyable overall experience of our website.
